Cultural Resource Management For Alaska
Territory Heritage Resource Consulting has provided professional cultural resource management services to private, public, and Native entities in Alaska since its founding in 2007 by proprietor and principal investigator Mark S. Cassell, Ph.D., RPA.  Based in Anchorage, THRC is a fully-insured small business specializing in regulatory compliance with federal and state historic preservation legislation.

We are social scientists and technical specialists in archaeology, history, architectural history, and GIS.  Our regulatory expertise includes Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (NHPA), Section 4(f) of the Department of Transportation Act of 1966 (DOTA), components of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), and the Alaska Historic Preservation Act (AHPA).

We support the well-being of our host communities, always using local hires, local services, and other local resources wherever and whenever we are able.
