We are social scientists and technical specialists in archaeology, history, architectural history, and GIS. Our regulatory expertise includes Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (NHPA), Section 4(f) of the Department of Transportation Act of 1966 (DOTA), components of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), and the Alaska Historic Preservation Act (AHPA).
